Participation options
The personal participation is preferred, but of course it depends on the current pandemic development; therefore distance participation is offered for those who cannot arrive in person.
If you register for the In person participation, but the situation gets much worse in any of the concerned countries, it is possible to change the form to Online; in such case we will communicate the instructions for refunding the difference individually.
However, with respect to complications introduced by administrative procedures, we do not offer the opposite, i.e. if you register and pay for the Online participation, it cannot be changed to the In person form later. Thank you for your understanding.
Conference fee
The rates for In person participation are quoted including VAT (21 %).
The Online 1 rates including VAT (21 %) apply to:
– virtual participants from the Czech Republic,
– virtual participants from abroad who are private persons (i.e. not paying through any institution having a VAT ID).
The Online 2 rates (excluding VAT) apply to virtual participants affiliated with institutions abroad; in such case, VAT ID of the institution must be provided upon the payment, and the VAT shall be paid in the home country according to the valid local regulations.

The conference fee includes:
- Participation in the EAEEIE conference, eLearning conference, eLearning competition
- Presentation of one paper
(each additional paper should either be presented by another paying author, or a supplement for its presentation by the same author should be paid) - Conference proceedings
- Conference dinner (“In person” option)
- Lunches and snacks during the conference (“In person” option)
Note: The optional trip is not included in the conference fee.
Payment options
The fee may be paid either by card or by bank transfer (provided that all fees are borne by the payer, not by the beneficiary).
IMPORTANT!
In either case, the payment must be identified using a personalized 10-digit code (“variable symbol”) that you can find in the “Fee & Payment” section of RegSys; otherwise we will not be able to identify your payment properly.
The confirmation of payment (invoice) will be provided during the conference.
