Instructions for presenters
(to be amended as necessary)
- The duration of each presentation is 15 minutes + 5 minutes for discussion; please prepare your presentation so that it fits this limit.
- No specific format is required, but PDF or PPTX formats are recommended; however, you can include whatever content type that you need to present your work.
- As the event will be held in hybrid mode, only live presentations are considered (no pre-recorded videos are required).
- Presenters (both in-person and online) are kindly requested to send their presentations to the conference organizers at least 1 day before their session.
- The MS Teams platform will be used for online participants. The links for the respective sessions will be sent to you by e-mail.
- Presenters (both in-person and online) are kindly requested to get ready at least 10 minutes before their session begins to verify their attendance and their presentation availability with the session chair.
